Joe--it gets moved to the top of the posts list. The thread remains
the same--only its position is changed so you always now where the
activity is.

I have no German skills either, but the Google translator seems to
work for me! I brought the forum up with the translator, then made a
shortcut to it, so any time there seems to be something I would like
to understand better, one click takes me to the translation.
