Some forms of Tea, mostly aged brown commercial teas, do have lactic acid in them from a source wholly other than milk. However, green teas right from the farm do not. Avoid commerical teas of any kind (bottled) and avoid brown, black teas. Go for organic green and farm fresh oolong.
