We are now at 7 feet of rain. Roads flooded, who buildings have toppled over near rivers. People on roofs. Helicopters, army, swiss army knives, dogs and cats living together... its a mess. Great video on TV just now of a man walking down the street with his stuff... an A/ C unit falls out of a 5th floor window RIGHT ONTO HIS HEAD. It would be tragic except the guy gets up, gathers his stuff and walks away.
