Hey Everybody! Was invited to the group by the Mike our fearless moderator and I am really excited to be a part of it. I've been searching for someplace I could ask questions and get help with my paper modeling. As for that I discovered it accidentally in a manner of sorts...Long story short I was searching for the most cost effective way to provide a D&D environment for my son and his buddy. I wanted them to have fun learning and exploring what Dungeons and Dragons was all about the same way I did some 25 years ago..(yeesh!) Anyways my searches landed me on paper modeling for dungeons and caverns, etc. Some pretty cool stuff out there..
I do however need some help from everyone that Mike thought this would be a great forum to ask. I'm looking for double helix spiral staircases (the rounded kind)..Preferably with various designs. Wood, stone, and in both single and double widths (scale is 25mm 1 in.= 10 ft.). Believe it or not, I've searched and searched internet wide trying all kinds of different keywords and haven't been successful. Can anyone help or point me in the right direction...And as for designing it myself??? Are you kidding..My geometry teacher is probably still laughing at me..LOL Anyways, Thanks for letting me be a part of the group and I look forward to learning from everyone. Thanks...
