One thing I noticed about gmail is that when I click on the <Forward>
button to forward a message from this forum to my gmail account the
<From> line in the email reads "me".  I have gotten some spam emails
(which I never open) in my gmail account with the <From> line reading
"me" so if I set up a filter to keep "me" out I will be keeping me out
too.
