That was not "pen" type but I used this glue at my office. The main characteristics of this glue are, -At first its color is light blue, and when it dried it turns to clear, colorless. -Viscosity is low, -When you glue papers while the color remain blue, they stick tight. -When you put this glue on a paper and dry until the color is gone, the adhesive power changes to low, just like "post-it".
Well that was very fun to look at the blue glue changed to clear. But, because of the low viscosity (high water content), paper absorb the water and deforms. So I think it will be difficult to use this glue to construct paper models. But it's so useful to joint beta models temporary. And It's very fun to see the color changes to clear!
