Mike - I;ve used one of these. It;s really good for getting the glue just where you want it. On the downside, the glue is a two-phase material ( a white-ish filler suspended in a clear liquid) and you have to remember to agitate the pen from time to time. The ball-point has to be fed by squeezing the fat part of the pen, and it takes some getting used to before you get good at it. Also the glue has no tack at all, is quite watery, and if used over large areas, would probably cause some wrinkling. But for gluing down tiny tabs, it's a good product. My tube is about a year old and hasn't clogged up or driesd out yet.
