Hi,

I don't understand why you think this is a problem - surely it is just good
business sense to sell a product at the highest price the market will stand.
It is a simple case of the buyer deciding the price that they are prepared to
pay.

Why do you think he should sell at a fixed price?

You need to know if the models are one –of
–a –kind or are able to be produced in multiple copies.

Here's
a topic I'd like to hear your views on. I stumbled across some

O and S scale paper model buildings being sold on eBay. As far as I

know, these models are made by the seller. He is selling his models by

bids instead of through eBay's store. So one buyer may end up paying

several times more than another buyer for the exact same model. I did

send the seller an e-mail and asked if he would consider selling

through eBay's store instead. I have not received a reply yet.

I'm leaving out his name and eBay address for now. I'd like to hear

your thoughts on how we might be able to convince this designer to

sell by another method so that all buyers pay the same price for the

same merchandise.

Your thoughts?
