Here are two Japaneses sites with pdfs of a bunch of lighthouses. There does not appear to be any thumbnails of what the finished model looks like so you have to open the pdf files to see the parts. The few I have looked at seem to be uncolored and kind of simple so you should be able to resize and add the scheme you need. Looks like you could leave out the fiddly bits too so the assembly won't be too bad.
