I know nothing about using the expanding foams in models. But what about filling 1/2 the model with the foam, slice it to flush with the edges that are going to join, then fill the other half, slice it flushand then join the two halves? That SHOULD cut down on the shrinkage because you can over fill the halves? Bob D...
