Hi gang,
I came by a punch out paper model, wile I was at the recycle place of
the city dump. Yes, people down this way drop off old stuff that they
don't want, for free, ant the local council takes it to a place called
"Super Shed". They the put a ridicuilously low price on it, and sell it
to treasure hunters, like me. Like I paid NZ$9, for a NZ95 hedge
trimmer. It works fine. I buy all my jig-saws there, for NZ$1 -NZ$2
each. Only three, out of about 50 have had pieces missing. Five have
still been in their sealed plastic bags. Howvwer, that's enough of me
waffling.
The model is of architect "Samuel Hurst Seager's" building of the
Christchurch Municipal Chambers. It's a lovely brick building, built in
1887. Yes, it survived the recent earthquake.
I'm not sure if they are still available, but I'll try and find out.
However, the author has a web site, on which he offers a free model. I
knew that would get your attention. It's a wee submarine. A P.D.F. download.
BTW. Here's the link.

Enjoy,
