New to me, fond at the local Jo-Ann Fabric store for $1.29. In spite of its name, it's a fine-tipped squeeze applicator, and has a cross-cut seal inside to help keep it from drying out. It should refill easily, too, This will be handy to take along to conventions for emergency repairs. :-)
