I use a toothpick rather than a paper clip, otherwise my process is
the same as yours. The tip on this thing is much smaller than that on
the gold Tacky Glue bottle, or on an Elmer's bottle for that matter;
it should allow much more precise application than either. I was
planning on it as a travel item, something to use when just a single
dab of glue is needed to restore a part that was knocked off of a
model in transport (there's always one!).
