This is a request for some help if anyone has the time or inclination to
assist me. I am in the middle of designing a cardmodel, it will be the
one and only cardmodel I'll probably ever make and because I have
neither the time nor the interest to learn a CAD program to make this
easier I'm drawing it by hand for scanning later.
The problem I have is that I need 4 pieces which are truncated cones. I
know how to scribe the necessary arcs but will have to rip up carpet to
get enough room to do the drawing. A major pain...would anyone here with
the skills be able to produce the drawings as say .jpg's for me ?. Super
precise accuracy isn't that important...as long as it's close. Several
of the pieces will be too big for one sheet and would need to be split
up over several pages.
If not then that's cool, I'll just go ahead and do it on the floor. If
anyone is interested I'll post the files on the group file area once I
get the thing sorted...it may take a while though :)

I use Auto Cad 2000i, and am happy to draw up such items. I can work in
any scale you like, from microns to angstroms. Name you size.
