I have a pair of old programs - small, they do not even have to install on 
your machine, one is called Cone, the other is Shroud, sounds like they 
might do the trick. I can put them for download on my website if you like, 
I have the owners permissions. They would of course just produce one large 
picture, you would have to cut it into smaller sheets with some type of
