No, if the parts are layed out on A4 and you have USLtr paper chosen and fit to page or shrink to fit, the parts will be reduced in size. I have seen them reduced to 91% to 94% of the original. If the parts are layed out on the A4 page and they stay within the allowable margins of your printer, then you can print onto USLtr with no scaling chosen without cutting off some of the parts. Some of the A4 models are layed out that way.
