Keep in mind that the vast majority of models will have to be entirely
reworked in order to be cut by these machines. They work best if the
model sheets are designed specifically for a machine, and even then,
registration is quite tricky. I have a Silhouette, and have managed to
get it to cut *on* the printed lines perhaps twice.

It can be done, but it's definitely not a "lazy" way to cut models. :-)
