I have - as usual :-)) - some problems installing PAR.
First, ftp towards outside Ericsson has been blocked on the development
machine, so trying to open a ftp.cpan.org connection in
./inc/Module/Install/PAR.pm causes the installation to break.
It would be nice to skip the attempt to fetch a binary
without quitting the installation procedure in this case,
or to use the values in $CPAN::Config{'urllist'} from
$HOME/.cpan/CPAN/MyConfig.pm, if the file exists.
Second, can_run inc/Module/Install/Run.pm fails to recognize
$Config::Config{cc} in case this is an absolute path
(which still is in my case, I will have to change that some day ...).
