Snapshot and rsync available now

I just made the in-development, updated-every-minute snapshot of PAR
available via rsync and http:

    rsync -avuz rsync://p4.elixus.org/member/autrijus/PAR .
    http://p4.elixus.org/snap/PAR.tar.gz

You can also look at the changes history, opened files etc from the
P4web interface:

    http://p4.elixus.org/member/autrijus/PAR/

So if you see me saying 'thanks, applied' from now on, it means that
the code will appear in the snapshot within 60 seconds. :-)
