I'll suggest so, yes.  This is also what people shipping 'linux binary
installers' like mozilla.org are doing -- iirc they are currently
targetting RH 6.2.

Ahh.  Then its -l support is probably still broken.  You may want to
compile it with MinGW+MSYS yourself instead, or wait till I get hold
of my client's Win32 machine again. ;)
