I'd write that as "in accordance with".
I've got this niggly feeling that "in accord" is grammatically correct, but
it definitely doesn't sound right to me.

Apart from the above comment I couldn't spot any clue that it's not been
written by a non-native English speaker. [For my definition of "English" :-)]

(b.t.w. "Feedback" is always singular, for some reason. I suspect that it's
functioning as a collective noun.)
