DBD::mysql dependency not autodetected

I seem to remember you asking for reports of modules that aren't 
automatically detected by pp as dependencies in your slides, so here goes...

Vital stats:
PAR v .72
ActivePerl v 5.8.0
Windows ME
I have to specify -M DBD::mysql with pp in order to get DBD::mysql included 
in the exe.  I'm guessing that this might be an issue with other DBD 
modules, since they aren't normally use'd or require'd.
