I did a 'pp -e "exit 10"' and ran a.exe ten times, but cannot seem to
reproduce it at all.  Does it break for you with very simple cases?
If not, can you post a small program that exhibits this behaviour?

Also, if you can make an EXE file with the bug available somewhere,
I can download it an try to see if it breaks here.
