Failed to build on cygwin. Never have been able to get PAR installed on my system, not from within the CPAN shell and not from the bash prompt. So here's my bug report (attached). It's probably about as detailed as you could _possibly_ ever want. Once you ladies and gentlement have taken a look, could someone try to fill me in on why I can't get PAR to build on my system? I have been itching to use it ever since Randall Schwartz brought it up at Perl Monks in a post he made a little while back.
