Unless someone else on this list has any other
suggestions, I will try to recreate it on my system
tonight.  Can I get a couple of other pieces of info
from you:

What versions of Apache, Perl, and PAR are you using?
Also, can you send the sections of your httpd.conf
dealing with CGI setup?
