Incorrect. -F applies to all modules included. This is arguably not the best logic -- better suggestions welcome.

No, with "--clean", when each instance is started, a new temp directory is created and used, so there will be no conflicts.
And since this CGI is called a lot, would prefer to leave the cache for speed - I'll let you know what happens tomorrow.
Do keep me posted, but I think the performance hit is minimal anyway. :)
