pp --clean not working

I have successfully gotten PAR working and it generates an executable 
file that runs properly. However, even though I ran pp -C the files in 
the temporary directory are not getting cleaned up after the program exits.

Here is the command I used to generate the executable:

pp -C --icon backup.ico -o backup.exe backup.pl zipcloak.exe

I have tested this on both win2k and a linux box and on neither box does 
the temp files get cleaned up.

Is this a bug or am I missing something???
