It will only work for Windows as it is, since it has "use Win32::Service" and associated service start/stop code in it.

I don't think it's an essential feature, so I can safely remove it.
If you compile PARcompile with "--dependant" it will use the installed interpreter the same as pp, and would know how to find other modules :)that's right...I hadn't tought of that...I'm not really awake anymore :)
