problem with Tk804.027 in win32

I have a few problems in win32 with PAR-0.80 and Tk804.027 : the default 
bitmap for the BrowseEntry widget is not included in the PAR archive, 
and the default font is "broken".

If someone knows a workaround...

I installed PAR from cpan (binaries).
