On approximately 7/28/2004 12:22 PM, came the following characters from the keyboard of Alan Stewart:
PAR strips POD from all packed modules by default to reduce packaged sizes. WinAdj.pm must contain some broken POD and PAR is mistakenly stripping out some code. To avoid this:
set PAR_VERBATIM=1
before running pp. POD will not be stripped.
Which is a great workaround, until we figure out why the Perl-ignored PAR isn't stripped by PAR. Thanks again.
