Looks reasonable, ditto for myldr/Makefile. (scratches head) Somehow myldr/static.exe seems to get linked to libperl58.dll, isn't it? If yes, could you perform the following experiment in sub directory myldr: - in Makefile: remove C:\perl5\lib\CORE\perl58.lib and -libpath:"C:\perl5\lib\CORE" from STATIC_LDFLAGS - delete static.exe - re-run nmake Cheers, Roderich
