It's http://svn.openfoundry.org/par/trunk/ now, because *.elixus.org's
sudden outage took us all by surprise. 

Do you want committer bit?  I'm re-sending invitation mails to
committers now, so people who would like to get involved to PAR
development should speak up. :-)
