This is about your reinstall of Net::LDAP.

Actually, it turns out after re-installing PAR from uwinnipeg repository
I was hit by exactly the same problem as
was discussed in the list some time ago (Subject : "not exported" error
with Net::LDAP under PAR). The problem
went away when I removed existing perl-ldap (installed from Activestate
default repository) and reinstalled from
uwinnipeg repository.
