I have had another bug report for this (from Gaal Yahas). There was some
exchange of E-Mail between Paul Marquess, Gaal, and me about this. It
turns out that if you downgrade your Compress::Zlib to pre 2.0,
PAR::Packer works on CentOS.
The problem may be related to CentOS since this is the only OS I have
yet received this error report from. Could you check whether you have
multiple copies of Compress::Zlib and related modules installed in
different places of your system?
