New versions of PAR, PAR::Packer

Hi par@perl.org,

Audrey contacted me today and told me that PAR::Packer (pp) didn't work 
with perl 5.10. She had already fixed the issue and also added the -E 
option to pp to work the same as perl 5.10's new -E option. (-e with use 
feature, IIRC)

So I just release PAR and PAR::Packer 0.977. They contain various recent 
bug fixes as well.

I'm looking for somebody to build a 5.8.8 and a 5.10.0 .par archive of 
PAR::Packer on win32. Any volunteers to build the first ever 5.10.0 .par?
