Hi, As you found in prior post, the t/10-parl-generation tests will always fail if you are installing using the downloadable PAR dist.
So, you should run all the tests, and provided that only the t/10-parl-generation tests fail, you can happily proceed to 'nmake install'. The correct way to handle this is to skip all the t/10-parl-generation tests if installing using the downloadable PAR dist.
