Then you only need to type (at a command prompt):

 cpan
 > intall PAR PAR::Dist PAR::Packer


Another option may to search for a PPM of PAR, with this you can use the Active State Package Manager to install it.


But since Strawberry can install PPMs too (5.10.0.1), there are only a few reasons left to use ActivePerl ...
