Nice catch! Yes, it appears I have/had an older version installed. I thought I only had one version installed as I had previously tried uninstalling through "Programs and Features" before installing the new version. At any rate, removing " C:\Development\perl\strawberry\win64-5.14.2.1\perl\bin" from my system path variable fixed the issue. Thank you very much for pointing this out!
