Hi, I'm new here...I have had the same experience with one particular street light in Hammond, Indiana.
It's not far, about a block or so from florence st., and when I take my usual walk around there it has the habit of turning on and then off. It's been doingthis for two years now, and I find it very interesting... I'd also like to add that I'm a spiritual person. I have the spirit of a griffin-like creature that has dragon mixed in, and have felt this presence of myself since I was 6 or so. I also have the gift of Discernment, meaning that I can sense good and bad, demons and angels, both spritually and through my mind.
