Looks like 
"/projects/viz/paraview/ParaView/4.1.0-alan/Linux-eng-sci-rhel6-x86_64/lib/paraview-4.0/paraview"
couldn't be copied over. Can you check if it exists? Are you doing an
install over an already installed location?
