Folks, The bad news: I can reproduce this in ParaView 5.0.1 on a Mac given the data files Craig shared.
The good news: I cannot reproduce it in my development version of ParaView 5.1 RC1. Mind downloading that version of ParaView and giving it a shot? I would guess there might have been a rendering bug in the OpenGL2 backend in VTK that has since been fixed.
