And, I just found an earlier proposal from Coke to simply delete many
languages if they aren't maintained, on the assumption that we can
resurrect them if/when needed. That sounds quite sensible to me,
especially for languages that don't use the compiler tools, so I suggest
moving:

> PIR
And deleting these (I only know their status based on what's reported on
the Languages wiki page, so please speak up for a language):
