Hello:
I would like to merge 'ayardley/mk_html_docs' if there are no
objections. Basically, all the branch does is add some html links to the
'docs/html/index.html' page. Specifically, it adds,
Development Languages
The Winxed Programming Language
The NQP Programming Language
with, of course, the requisite links to the languages, to the bottom of the
page.
This will resolve the following issue:
https://github.com/parrot/parrot.github.com/issues/4
