I merged ayardley/mk_html_docs to master. As I mentioned when I annouced my
desire to merge the branch, all it does is fixup a'bit of html in the
'index.html' page. That is, it adds,
Development Languages
The Winxed Programming Language
The NQP Programming Language
with, of course, the requisite links to the two languages, to the bottom of
the 'index.html' page.
This resolves issue, https://github.com/parrot/parrot.github.com/issues/4
