the answer is: No. There have been no commits to master since Feb 17
of this year. Other than release announcements, the last post to
parrot-dev before yours was in April 2015. The last post to
parrot-users other than release announcements and administrative
questions was in January 2015. So I don't see a strong case for someone
putting in time doing packaging, unless that process is so automated
that the time involved is trivial.
(Even the volume of spam from the various lists which I have to clear
out as list admin has declined!)
