Attached is a patched fixing most of the POD errors found while `make
doc_tests`-ing.
There's one remaining in CREDITS that was introduced a few days ago when
the file became a perl script (to generate an author file for git IIRC).
I'm not quite sure on how to fix it, but Pod::Simple::Checker seems to
complain about the weird characters on line 2. I think I'll cowardly let
someone savvier than me handle this last file. :)
