In https://trac.parrot.org/parrot/wiki/APIFuncRenaming there is no subsys
defined for the list functions (from src/list.c). The renaming of this
functions becomes a priority because some of them conflicts with the mysql
client library, causing malfunctioning and segfaults in the MySql.pir
module.
Is Parrot_lst_ a good prefix?
