Attached is a patch that converts t/library/protoobject.t to PIR. It
passes all the tests in t/codingstd/.
Before (in perl):
Files=1, Tests=9, 0 wallclock secs ( 0.11 cusr + 0.11 csys = 0.22 CPU)
After (in PIR):
Files=1, Tests=13, 0 wallclock secs ( 0.02 cusr + 0.02 csys = 0.04 CPU)
