Attached is a patch that converts t/library/parrotlib.t to PIR. It passes
all of the tests in t/codinstd/.
Before (in perl):
Files=1, Tests=6, 0 wallclock secs ( 0.09 cusr + 0.08 csys = 0.17 CPU)
After (in PIR):
Files=1, Tests=6, 0 wallclock secs ( 0.02 cusr + 0.01 csys = 0.03 CPU)
