#1730: Languages page on Website needs updating

The main "languages" page on the parrot.org site is quite stale. The list
doesn't reflect the languages that have been getting the most attention
recently. It could be improved using
http://trac.parrot.org/parrot/wiki/Languages as a guide. Only - you know -
smaller, and less Trac-like.
